Access through the Chime Lane at the American Airlines Center, in Dallas, Texas is available only to Chime members. To enter the AAC through the Chime Lane, you must present the guest services representative with a valid Chime card and a valid event ticket.*
- All active Chime Members are permitted entry to the American Airlines Center via the Chime Lane for themselves and all guests in their party, provided all guests have a valid ticket.

- During concerts: Access through the Chime Lane at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas is available to Chime members during concerts, comedy shows, and family events. To enter AAC through the Chime Lane and qualify for member incentives, you must present a valid Chime card and a valid entry ticket to the guest services representative.*
- All active Chime Members are permitted entry to the American Airlines Center via the Chime Lane for themselves and all guests in their party, provided all guests have a valid ticket.
Access through this entrance is accessible once all general doors to the arena open for each event, with special exceptions throughout the season for select Mavs games.
