For the safety and enjoyment of all guests costumes/costume masks which conceal any part of the face may not be worn while in attendance at any American Airlines Center event. No props that can be used as weapons or appear as weapons (such as lightsabers, toy guns, swords, etc.) will be allowed. Management discretion will be used as necessary.

American Airlines Center Box Office will not be open for ticket sales on the day of event. The box office will be open to assist existing ticket-holders.  Any potential ticket releases will be available for purchase through Ticketmaster’s website or app only.
