Clear Bag Policy:
- Each fan may carry one bag
- All bags must be 100% clear
- Bags must be made of Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC. Bags must not exceed 12”x6”x12”.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) is permitted.

American Airlines Center will be offering a Parent's Lounge for this event.
Parent’s Lounge is set up to accommodate parents who are not attending the concert but don’t want to leave their children at the building alone. Designated drop-off and pick-up zones are also available during those events. Please call 214-665-4299 for more details.

General Admission Information General Admission line beings at 8:00AM on the South Plaza, it will be first come first serve. GA guests will be allowed inside at 6:20PM from the south entrance only. After 6:30PM all entrance will be open for GA guests. Wrist bands will be given upon entry into the pit. |
