Clear Bag Policy:
- Each fan may carry one bag
- All bags must be 100% clear
- Bags must be made of Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC. Bags must not exceed 12”x6”x12”.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) is permitted.

General Admission Information
General admission ticket holders can enter through Eighteen 76 located on the corner of Houston Street and All Star Way beginning at 6pm. Once all doors are open at 6:30PM GA guests can enter any door.
American Airlines Center will be offering a Parent's Lounge for this event.
Parent’s Lounge is set up to accommodate parents who are not attending the concert but don’t want to leave their children at the building alone. Designated drop-off and pick-up zones are also available during those events. Please call 214-665-4299 for more details.
